Manuscript Formatting

Font and Spacing

The manuscript should be written in Arial, 11pt for the body text.

Title should be written in Arial, 14pt, Bold, with each word capitalised, and centred.

Title Page Formatting

The title should be centred and written in Arial, 14pt, Bold, Capitalise Each Word.

The authors' names should be listed below the title (without academic titles), followed by their affiliations (maximum of 5 authors).
Example:

First Author's Name (without title)¹, Second Author's Name², Third Author's Name³, etc.

Abstract Formatting
-
The abstract should be written in Arial, 10pt, between 150-250 words.

It should include a brief background, research objectives, methodology, key results, and the main conclusion, along with the research’s contribution to the field.

The abstract should summarise the research in a concise, factual, and informative manner, covering the background, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.

Manuscript Body
-
The body of the manuscript should be written in Arial, 11pt.
-
Headings: Use Arial, 11pt, Bold, for main headings (e.g., Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion) and subheadings (e.g., Background, Research Objectives, etc.).

Paragraphs: Indent the first line of each paragraph by 0.5 inches.
-
Spacing: The entire manuscript, including headings, should be double-spaced.

Figures and Tables
-
All figures and tables should be placed in the manuscript after the first mention.

Use Arial, 10pt for figure/table captions.

Each figure or table should have a title and a source (if applicable).

The captions should be clear and concise, and tables should not exceed the page width.

Figures should be submitted in high-resolution format (preferably TIFF or JPEG).

The reference list should follow the APA style (7th Edition).

References should include all necessary details such as author(s), year of publication, title, journal/book title, volume/issue, page numbers, and DOI (if available).

Minimum of 20 references from reputable and recent sources (within the last five years) should be included.

Manuscripts should be submitted via the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

Authors must submit two separate files:

Manuscript: This includes the main body of the text, references, tables, figures, and any supplementary materials.

Title Page: This file should contain the title, authors' names (without titles), affiliations, and contact information. The title page should not include the abstract or manuscript content.

Authors must ensure that the manuscript is original and has not been published or under consideration elsewhere.

Proper acknowledgment of sources and ethical guidelines must be followed, particularly with respect to the handling of data and the privacy of research participants.

Review and Publication Process

Upon submission, the manuscript will undergo a peer review process to assess its quality and relevance.

Authors will be notified of the review outcomes and any revisions needed.

After acceptance, the article will be prepared for publication and authors will be required to pay the publication fee (if applicable).
Final Notes

Language: The manuscript should be written in clear, academic English. If necessary, authors can seek professional language editing services before submission.

Revisions: Authors may be asked to revise the manuscript based on feedback from peer reviewers or the editorial team.

Plagiarism: Manuscripts submitted to the journal must comply with plagiarism standards. Any submission found to contain plagiarised content will be rejected.
